Job Description
Pertemps Crawley are working in partnership with an established Manufacturer based in Worthing who are looking for a Materials Controller to join their personable and dedicated team.
The Role:
- Despatching/Shipping Customers orders (Spares)
- Stores and Inventory control
- Booking in and Material Traceability
- Monthly Cycle Counts and Inventory records.
- Deliveries in and out of the factory
- Kitting for Assemblies
- Shortage reports
- Material Traceability
- Build raising and Closure (Assistance)
- PMI inspection goods inwards
- Raising and progressing Purchase orders
The Person:
- Previous experience ordering & managing stock levels in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills when liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads
- Proficient user of MS Packages and inhouse CRMs
- Good attention to detail
- Forklift license essential
The Package:
Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm & 2pm finish every Friday
Salary of up to £28,000 (dependent on relevant experience)
