Job Description

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering change that improves how we support our customers. Working closely with process owners, senior stakeholders, and Heads of Department, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into clear, achievable transformation initiatives across people, processes, and technology.

What you’ll be doing as a Delivery Manager
You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of change, from defining problem statements and shaping options through to implementation and handover. Whether working with dedicated project teams or using agile delivery through our product function, you’ll ensure solutions are practical, low-risk, and aligned to business priorities, making a real, lasting impact on how the organisation operates.
  • Own initiatives from concept to completion, taking a hands-on, end-to-end approach that turns ideas into real-world results.
  • Shape customer-first solutions through insightful business analysis, clear problem statements, and compelling business cases.
  • Bring structure, momentum, and determination to delivery, ensuring plans stay on track and outcomes are achieved.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the business, confidently influencing stakeholders and securing buy-in.
  • Act as the voice of the user, translating needs into clear, prioritised requirements and championing the best possible solutions.
  • Showcase success by measuring impact, demonstrating value, and continuously improving how we deliver change.

This is a Hybrid role based in our Walnut Court office in Swindon.

What you should bring to the role

  • Take a customer-centred approach to stakeholder management, working closely with business areas to explore challenges and positively challenge thinking.
  • Bring energy and ownership across the full project lifecycle, from solution definition and design through to delivery and closure.
  • Lead effective requirements discovery using workshops, analysis, and process or workflow mapping.
  • Deliver continuous improvement initiatives within cross-functional teams.
  • Quickly build a strong understanding of business needs, environments, and future opportunities.
  • Assess risks to the business, people, or customers and recommend practical mitigations, supported by strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

What’s in it for you?
  • Competitive salary from £47,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience
  • 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service (plus bank holidays)
  • Generous Pension Scheme through AON
  • Access to lots of benefits to help you take care of you and your family’s health and wellbeing, and your finances – from annual health MOTs and access to physiotherapy and counselling, to Cycle to Work schemes, shopping vouchers and life assurance.
