Job Description

This role is for a Learning and Development Coordinator, who is accustomed to dealing with a high volume of enquiries to respond to, action and manage.
 
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join an existing team, supporting the Learning and Development function of our business.
 
What you’ll be doing as a Learning and Development Coordinator
  • Managing query tickets and resolving them
  • Creating new classes for courses that are running
  • Managing purchase order requests and the accompanying process
  • Supporting eLearning queries and troubleshooting
  • Uploading training details and new employees
  • Become a high-level user of our Learning Management System – SABA
  • Become a high-level user of our ticketing system – Service Now
  • Understand our business, the different sectors and the requirements for training in the different areas
 
Base Location: Hybrid - Reading
Working Pattern: 36 Hours, Monday to Friday
 
What you should bring to the role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Previous Learning and Development admin experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of SABA
