AQA Education for a dependable and proactive individual to support departmental operations during a busy, time‑critical period. This is a
temporary assignment offering a structured role within a fast‑paced educational environment.
The RoleWorking closely with departmental managers, the successful candidate will provide essential operational and people-focused support. This position is key to maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations and ensuring staff are fully supported, compliant, and correctly onboarded.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting department managers with staff absences and general people-related queries
- Assisting with weekly paid staff inductions and area onboarding
- Ensuring weekly paid staff are signed off in line with site safety standards, escalating any concerns promptly
- Providing flexible operational support across processing areas as required
- Communicating clearly and professionally with staff and management
Contract Details- Contract Dates: 27 April – 27 June
- Shift Patterns Available:
- Nights: 21:30 – 06:00, Monday to Saturday
Please note: Due to the nature of this assignment,
no time off can be accommodated during the contract period.
