Location: Kemble Court, Reading (RG2 6AD)

What you’ll be doing as an Alarm Standards Lead

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with operational teams to identify and implement risk-based alarm improvements
  • Supporting the transition to a new SCADA control system through clean data preparation and alarm insight
  • Facilitating stakeholder workshops to agree on changes in alarm naming and configuration
What you should bring to the role
  • A strong background in data analysis and insight generation
  • A proactive, organised, and methodical approach to problem-solving with the ability to take initiative
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with SCADA system reporting (desirable)
  • An understanding of process plants, especially sewage treatment works and sewer networks (desirable)
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new systems and technologies
What’s in it for you?
  • Competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum
  • Annual Leave - 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service (plus bank holidays)
  • Generous Pension Scheme through AON
  • Access to lots of benefits to help you take care of you and your family’s health and wellbeing, and your finances – from annual health MOTs and access to physiotherapy and counselling, to Cycle to Work schemes, shopping vouchers and life assurance.
