Leakage Manager

We have an opportunity for you to join Thames Water as a Leakage Manager! 
This is a permanent position!

36 hours per week, Monday – Friday!

You will be based between Deephams and Ashford Common.

What you will be doing as a Leakage Manager

Team Management and Leadership
 

• Lead and manage a team of direct employees and contractors to meet operational performance and customer service targets.
• Set objectives for the team and provide coaching for personal development.

Safety & Wellbeing
 

• Ensure all work complies with the TW safety standards and guidance.

Leadership and Team Engagement
 

• Lead a geographically dispersed multi-skilled team, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and full engagement.

Managing Performance & Risk
 

• Conduct regular risk reviews and maintain an updated corporate risk register.
• Oversee regional risk assessments for operational areas and mitigate risks where necessary.

What should you bring to the role?
 

• Leadership qualities and ideally experience in managing a team of people but not essential.
• Have a dynamic approach and can pick things up quickly.
• An interest in learning the industry and technical knowledge.
• A full driving license and access to a vehicle is necessary for this role as driving will be required between sites.
