We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Southam on a temporary basis until December 2025. This role is ideal for a designer who is looking to contribute to a variety of exciting projects across digital and print media, with the opportunity to work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Working as part of the wider team as well as independently, produce a range of materials, from concept design to delivery across all brands, including:

- Product catalogues
- Promotional leaflets
- Direct Mail
- Brochures
- Product Packaging
Production of internal & external communications, off and online within Branding guidelines.
Develop eye catching and engaging adverts as part of wider communication campaigns.
Create product illustrations to support instructions and guidance for use.
Brand governance – support the ongoing maintenance of the brands; provide recommendations to the Marketing Manager on areas improvements, related to brand development and awareness.
Maintain & develop the image library using the photographic suite and arranging in situ images for packaging, catalogues, website and press releases.
Be aware of and adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures.

THE PERSON:
Qualifications: Marketing Degree/Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Full working knowledge of Adobe creative suite software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) on Mac essential.
- Minimum 4 years within graphic design / studio environment.
- Prior experience creating packaging, catalogues and promotional materials.
- Previous print management experience an advantage.
- Experience of producing Digital content desirable.
