Full Stack Developer

***This is a full-time, on-site role based in Meriden****

We are seeking Full Stack Developers at both junior and senior levels to join our team in Meriden, working on-site 5 days a week. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by contributing to the development and implementation of innovative in-house application solutions. You'll play a key role in building, maintaining, and enhancing our systems in close collaboration with both technical and business teams.
What You’ll Do:

• Develop High-Performance Web Applications: Design, build, and maintain scalable, efficient applications that meet user needs.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy forward-thinking solutions.
• Front-End Development: Use front-end technologies such as Angular (required), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create engaging and responsive user interfaces.
• Back-End Development: Utilize back-end tools including C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and Azure cloud for data processing and storage.
• Stay Current on Industry Trends: Integrate new technologies and best practices to keep our solutions innovative and effective.
• Mentor and Guide: Share knowledge and technical guidance with the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Full Stack Development, with a focus on Angular experience (required).
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong skills in Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficient in back-end technologies including C#, .NET Core, and MS SQL Server.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure, is highly preferred.
• Skills and Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Communication and Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
