Job Description

Are you a highly organized and motivated individual who is a team player and able to work independently? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.  This is an exciting opportunity to join us be a part of a team who are responsible for analysing detailed information about housing delivery and updating corporate systems to enable future infrastructure planning.

We provide vital information to the business so that it can plan upgrades to our water and wastewater networks so that new developments can be built without adversely affecting customers. Our key contacts are local authorities and developers along with various departments across the business.

What you’ll be doing as a Development Data Coordinator
  • Interpret and manipulate different forms of data using Excel & other platforms.
  • Review & assess planning applications.
  • Be proactive and source up-to-date information.
  • Delivering essential data to internal colleagues to facilitate growth.
  • Contact and proactively engage with Developers and Local Authorities.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders to support the Third-Party Planning Process.
  • This is a hybrid role based out of Maple Lodge STW. There is a requirement to be in the office 1-2 days per week & as business needs require.

What you should bring to the role
  • Ability to explain complex information in a way that’s easy to understand.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, specifically excel
  • Quick learner and ability to pick up new systems.
  • Be a supportive team worker within your team and across the business.
  • Good analytical and asset management planning skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and be proactive.
