Sheridan Maine is partnering with an esteemed accountancy and advisory services organisation with offices across the globe to recruit an Audit Manager for their Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious audit professional to lead engagements, mentor a team, and make a tangible impact within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

As Audit Manager, you will:

• Oversee audit assignments from start to finish, ensuring adherence to professional and regulatory standards.
• Coach and support junior team members to strengthen skills and boost overall team effectiveness.
• Manage client relationships, providing clear guidance and delivering high-quality service.
• Anticipate and address audit challenges, refining processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and results.

The successful Audit Manager:

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience working in a UK practice.
• Experience performing assurance tasks within a professional services firm.
• Proven client handling experience and ability to deliver high-quality audit outcomes.
• A collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
