Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with a forward-thinking accountancy firm seeking an ambitious Audit Senior to join its office in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an esteemed organisation which fosters a supportive and growth-oriented environment. 

You will work with a diverse client portfolio of commercial businesses from owner-managed businesses to listed entities and other corporate clients. 

Your responsibilities as Audit Senior will include:

• Plan and complete statutory audits of corporate clients, both on-site and in the office.
• Lead the audit team on-site and ensure all audit procedures are adhered to.
• Supervise and support the work of junior team members.
• Building strong relationships with clients and non-accounts employees.
• Produce work for Manager and/or Partner review. 

To be considered for the role of Audit Senior, you will be/have:

• ACA/ ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or part-qualified with relevant experience.
• Experience in using automated audit software and computer-based accounts and tax compilation programmes.
• Full clean driving licence with unrestricted access to a car (desirable but not essential).
• Organised and able to plan your own time efficiently.
