Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a customer service team to meet service and sales targets
- Monitor performance through KPIs, coaching, and regular reviews
- Ensure accurate order processing and resolve customer queries and escalations
- Maintain high service standards and improve customer experience
- Generate and qualify leads, build pipeline, and book sales appointments
- Track activity using CRM systems and ensure compliance with procedures
