"Forget a relationship make it a partnership and build an empire." Eleni Sophia. Sheridan Maine is partnering with a well-established organisation based in Berkshire to recruit an experienced Interim Group Accountant for an initial 6-month contract.
This assignment will focus on financial regulatory reporting within a larger corporate environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely reporting while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
As Interim Group Accountant, your responsibilities will include:- Managing financial regulatory reporting, including monthly and quarterly submissions.
- Developing and enhancing best practice processes and procedures.
- Utilising a range of financial tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Building expert knowledge to advise stakeholders on financial reporting requirements.
- Acting as a key point of contact for external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Supporting wider finance initiatives and contributing to ad hoc project activities.
You will work collaboratively with the wider finance team, ensuring deadlines are met within a fast-paced and controlled reporting environment.
To be considered for this Interim Group Accountant position:- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
- Technically strong accountant with robust regulatory reporting experience gained within a larger organisation.
- Proven experience delivering within interim assignments.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a structured reporting environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
