Management Accountant

Sheridan Maine are delighted to be partnering with a long-standing organisation based in Basingstoke to recruit a Management Accountant into their finance team on a long term contract basis.
 
With the possibility of a permanent contract, the Management Accountant position will be a hands-on accounting role reporting to the Head of Finance. Duties and responsibilities include:
 

• Producing end to end management accounts
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Oversee cashflow and bank accounts
• Submit VAT returns
• Variance analysis and commentary
• Oversee monthly payroll processes
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

 
This role will require strong management and financial accounting experience coupled with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. The suitable candidate will be confident managing budgets and possess outstanding communication skills. Ideally the position would suit a qualified or part qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA, AAT candidate however qualified by experience candidates will also be considered.
