Job Summary
As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing audit engagements, supporting a team of auditors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to a variety of clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced auditor to take on a leadership role within a growing firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries.
  • Leading and reviewing audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing training and development.
  • Ensuring audits comply with all relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing strategic insights.
  • Reviewing financial statements and ensuring technical accuracy.
  • Working closely with partners and other departments to support business growth and client service.
  • Managing budgets, deadlines, and ensuring efficient audit processes.

Skills & Experience Required
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in audit within a practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with audit software and modern accounting tools.
