Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator include:- Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements.
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and updating internal systems.
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting.
- Responding to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
The successful Accounts Administrator will require:- Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Studying or looking to study towards AAT or a similar qualification (desirable).
