Key Responsibilities: - Accurately post cash and allocate payment receipts.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Provide copy invoices and raise credits when needed.
- Investigate aged transactions and support the team with financial analysis.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and contribute to the smooth running of the finance department.
What We’re Looking For: - Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
What We’re Looking For:- Experience: Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

- Communicator: Strong communication skills
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
