This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role within the finance team, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for key business functions. The position offers a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with in-office collaboration.
 
Your responsibilities as the Senior Finance Manager will include:

• Oversee the department's budget and forecasting processes, ensuring financial results align with organizational goals and targets.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Implement and maintain necessary processes, controls, and best practices to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support, ensuring alignment between finance and business objectives.
• Identify key trends and performance drivers, offering recommendations to optimize business performance and achieve financial targets.
• Assist in ad hoc projects, financial modeling, and scenario planning as required to support the business’s evolving needs.

 
To be considered for the role of Senior Finance Manager, you will require:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus).
• Minimum of 8 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience implementing financial controls, processes, and best practices.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to proactively address questions and viewpoints, offering clear and well-considered responses.
