Key Responsibilities:
 

• Engage with customers: Build strong relationships to resolve payment queries efficiently.
• Manage collections: Oversee aged debt accounts, ensuring timely collections and reducing overdue debt responsibly.
• Track and report: Monitor payments and maintain accurate account statuses.
• Process payments: Handle refunds and payment transactions accurately and professionally.
• Collaborate: Work towards team targets and contribute to the success of the department.

 
 What We're Looking For:
 

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (business proficiency required).
• Experience: A proven track record in customer-facing roles, especially in fast-paced environments.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
• Resilience: Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and remain focused.
