Sheridan Maine is proud to partner with an esteemed organisation in London to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
 
As a Finance Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Support: Act as a trusted partner to leadership, providing financial insights and guidance for strategic decision-making.
• Reporting & Analysis: Deliver clear, actionable analysis linking financial performance to business strategy.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and track KPIs and ensure clarity in financial reporting and trends.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve financial understanding and drive decision-making.
• Compensation & Planning: Manage calculations for bonus and commission plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Support M&A activities, due diligence, and other strategic initiatives as needed.

 
To be considered for the position of Finance Business Partner, you will possess:

• Accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
• Strong financial acumen with experience in business partnering roles.
• The ability to provide strategic insights and communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• A proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving.
