Job Description

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join an established organisation based in Andover.
 
Reporting to the Finance Controller, this varied role will include the following responsibilities;

  • Inputting and raising invoices
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Setting up supplier payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with month end duties such as prepayments, accruals and journals
  • Allocating payments
  • Processing expenses
  • Chasing customers for payments

The desired candidate will have proven experience working in a similar role and have excellent communication skills. A good level of IT skills is desired along with the ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied workload.
