Your duties as the Finance Manager will include but won't be limited to:- Oversee and manage the organisation's daily financial operations.
- Lead and support the finance team, providing clear guidance and direction.
- Ensure financial reporting is accurate, complete, and timely.
- Monitor financial performance and offer strategic advice to senior management.
- Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process.
- Prepare financial forecasts based on trends and organisational goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with auditors to streamline the annual audit process.
- Develop and maintain robust internal control systems.
- Facilitate effective and timely communication across the organisation and with external stakeholders as needed.
To succeed as Finance Manager you will be:- Ideally ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified, or qualified by relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
- Expertise in financial and management accounting, with a strong ability to prepare precise and well-structured budgets.
- Demonstrated success in managing annual audit processes.
- Curious and collaborative, with the ability to engage effectively with senior managers and team members.
