Communication is vital to ensure that the impact of changes upon our business is realised, and the appropriate actions are put in place to ensure that the business is not only ready but that business change is successfully embedded. In this role, you will manage all aspects of Business Change Management to support the delivery of this Inventory Management programme.
What you’ll be doing as a Business Change Inventory Lead- Support the establishment of Business Change Management capability – identify, implement and continuously improve the core standards.
- Identify, plan, develop and deliver business change activities for all stakeholders of the Programme.
- Identify business change management risks and issues, proposing mitigating actions to the relevant Project / Programme Manager and Project Sponsor to overcome challenges presented.
- Act as the main point of contact for business change communications and actively collaborate with stakeholders from all levels and disciplines to define business change requirements.
- Create detailed Business Change Management Plans, execute, monitor progress and report against those agreed plans and take corrective pro-active action where required.
- Advise business and internal teams on Business Change Management best practices.
What you should bring to the role - Experience in Business Change Management.
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders at one time.
- Create detailed plans based on those conversations and monitor their progress.
- A full UK Driving License is required for this role.
What’s in it for you? - Hourly Pay rate: £25.64 to £27.78 per hour.
