Job Description
We’re hiring Maintenance Operatives to support a busy student accommodation provider during the summer turnaround period and beyond.
Job Details:
- Pay: £16.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Start Date: 10th August 2025
- Duration: Ongoing – potential for temp-to-perm
- Work Locations:
Operatives will be required to work across all of the following sites:- Holloway Road
- Tottenham Hale (two sites)
- Seven Sisters
- Caledonian Road
- Holloway Road
- General maintenance and repairs following student check-outs
- Basic plumbing tasks (no qualifications required)
- Painting and decorating
- Room preparation and turnover
- Ensuring spaces are safe, clean, and ready for new tenants
- Experience with general maintenance and basic plumbing
- Safety boots and workwear (cargo trousers) are required
- Having your own basic tools is an advantage
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexibility to move between sites as needed
- Excellent hourly rate
- Ongoing work with strong temp-to-perm potential
