We are recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple disciplines and levels into our industry-leading teams across the Thames Valley, Home Counties and London and surrounding areas.
Across the whole organisation, we have had success in recruiting military service-
leavers and family members into all areas of the business.
These include:
- Engineering – various disciplines.
- Operations. (technicians and engineers)
- Performance and operations managers.
- Project management.
- Logistics (warehousing, distribution, and drivers)
- Customer experience.
- Digital IT.
- HR.
We run a dedicated Military Strategy to assist service-leavers and their families with career opportunities within Thames Water. This is comprised of members of the Resourcing Team and includes ex-military personnel who have made the transition and now have fantastic careers with Thames Water.
