Weekend Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid)
About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Weekend Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s growing support team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers across multiple channels.
Working exclusively at weekends, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly, professionally, and accurately.
Working Hours:
- Saturday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- Sunday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Provide outstanding support and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages, helping to build strong customer relationships
- Identify potential risks or issues using Outlook and internal systems, taking proactive steps to resolve them
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with internal processes and standards
- Work collaboratively with the wider customer service team to deliver a seamless customer experience
Systems & Tools- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (such as Halo) would be advantageous
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (such as Sprout) is beneficial
About You- Previous customer service experience within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident handling customer enquiries across multiple channels
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Professional and empathetic when dealing with sensitive or complex issues
