Location: Aylesbury (Office based – hybrid available after training)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

About the RoleWe are recruiting for a Project Co-Ordinator to join a leading UK manufacturer and installer of premium home lift solutions. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing coordination role where you will be responsible for managing installation projects from point of sale through to final handover, ensuring a seamless and professional service at every stage.
You will act as the central point of contact between customers, engineers, installers, and internal teams, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities in a busy operational environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate lift installation projects from order through to completion and handover
- Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders including customers, architects, contractors, and internal teams
- Schedule and plan installation works with engineers and subcontractors
- Monitor live project progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
- Ensure all site readiness information is accurate and up to date
- Manage logistics, materials, and installation schedules
- Process subcontractor paperwork and ensure compliance documentation is complete
- Arrange and coordinate 90-day post-installation visits and warranty works
- Maintain accurate project records using internal systems
- Issue all required project documentation in a timely manner
- Support continuous improvement of systems, processes, and service delivery
- Ensure health & safety procedures are followed and reported appropriately
About YouWe are looking for someone who is:- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with customers and multiple stakeholders
- Experienced in a coordination, scheduling, project support, or service delivery role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Positive, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
Desirable Experience- Experience within construction, engineering, installations, manufacturing, or technical services
- Exposure to field service or project management systems
- Experience coordinating engineers or subcontractors
