Job Description
Salary: £45,000
Contract: 6 months fixed term
Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Duties:
- Ensure full compliance with DVSA regulations, operator licensing conditions, driver hours and tachograph rules, and all relevant transport legislation.
- Manage all aspects of fleet maintenance, including inspections, servicing, MOT's and defect reporting
- Overseeing training, performance monitoring and monitoring fuel usage,
Maintain accurate transport records, including vehicle files, driver logs, maintenance schedules and incident reports.
- You must have a valid full CPC.
- Previous Transport Management experience
- Deep understanding of UK transport regulations—including driver hours and tachograph requirements.
- Confident user of transport management systems, Microsoft Office, and strong overall IT proficiency
