Pertemps Milton Keynes branch are currently recruiting an experienced Assembly Operative to join their small busy team.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operative to join our production team. If you have a good eye for detail and enjoy working with your hands in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Work from detailed job sheets to understand assembly requirements

Identify and locate parts using part numbers, dimensions, and job order specifications

Accurately assemble components based on technical drawings and instructions

Ensure all completed work meets quality standards and deadlines

Report any missing or faulty components to the supervisor

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Successful Applicants

• Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role preferred
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret job sheets, part numbers.
  
  
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  
  
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  
  
• Basic understanding of health and safety in a workshop or factory environment
