Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Split Shifts)

We are currently seeking motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our team and help support our daily operations. This role involves working split shifts, offering flexibility and variety throughout the day.

Job Summary: As a Warehouse Operative on split shifts, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility. This role is perfect for someone with great organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a busy, fast-paced environment.
Shift Pattern:

• Morning shift:  6:00 AM - 15:00
• Evening shift: 13:00 - 22:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Receive and unload incoming goods, ensuring proper storage and inventory updates.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or conveyors (training provided if necessary).
• Perform routine stock checks and assist in inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within the designated shift times.
• Adhere to company health and safety policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy goods.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Flexible and adaptable to split-shift working hours.
• Forklift license is a plus but not required (training can be provided).
