• £12.07 - £13.70 per hour
• Milton Keynes
• Monday to Thursday
• 06:00 – 14:00 and 10:00 – 18:00

Job Summary: As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and packing goods. This role requires excellent attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to work different shifts is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Unload, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, if trained (training may be provided).
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist in regular stock checks and inventory management.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of materials.
• Work various shifts, including evenings, nights, or weekends, as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to [insert specific weight].
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
