PRODUCTION OPERATIVES

Location: Great Horwood
Hours: 0600 - 1500 or 1500 - 2400
Salary: £11.44 - £12.50 (dependant on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
Assemble, pack, and inspect products to meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Support with various tasks across the production line
Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

Own reliable transport is essential (due to the location of the site)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes
Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential
