We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience on a busy temporary desk.

Being a successful recruiter is all about personality and your ability to build lasting client and candidate relationships.  Running a recruitment desk is like running your own business where you will make decisions and manage your time effectively. 
  • Proven experience as a 360° Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the temporary staffing market.
  • A solid track record of billing success and meeting targets.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and resilient attitude.
  • A keen understanding of the recruitment cycle and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 
What will I be doing?
As a 360° Senior Recruitment Consultant on a Temporaries Desk, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new clients through proactive networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Attract top temporary talent through advertising, job boards, and active headhunting techniques.
  • Full 360° Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job specification, CV screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
  • Sales and Targets: Hit and exceed revenue and placement targets in a competitive environment.
