Administrator

Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client for a temporary Administrator to support their busy Appointments team.


This role is to cover sickness and will run for up to 3 weeks initially.


The role
Manage appointment bookings and updates
Accurately input and maintain sensitive medical data
Support the wider team with general administration
Ensure records are up to date and compliance

You will need
Previous administration experience
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
Confidence handling confidential information
Ability to hit the ground running

This is a fast-paced team.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
£12.24 per hour – flexibility for the right person
Free parking on site
