This is a newly created senior role with major influence, broad scope, and the opportunity to shape the future of how the supply chain operates.

The Role
You’ll spearhead performance improvement initiatives across service, cost, and quality—digging into data, fixing root causes, and aligning cross-functional teams around scalable, sustainable solutions. If you're hands-on, analytical, and excited by the challenge of building a world-class supply chain, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Operations to deliver performance improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions, and reviews to drive alignment.
  • Set, track, and evolve KPIs to spotlight opportunities and measure progress.
  • Provide clear and actionable performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Build a resilient, flexible supply chain that adapts to peaks, growth, and market shifts.
  • Design sustainable solutions that address recurring issues and build long-term capability.

About You
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or similar field.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in supply chain performance, planning, or operational leadership.
  • Background in retail, FMCG, or omnichannel environments.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • High energy, proactive, and collaborative approach.
  • Able to lead through complexity and deliver results at pace.
  • Hands-on, commercially minded decision-maker.
  • P&L awareness and experience.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Data Guru, Supply Chain Guru, SAP APO/IBP.
  • Proven track record delivering measurable gains in cost, speed, and quality.

What’s on Offer
  • Competitive salary
  • Pension scheme
  • Long service awards
  • Employee discount
