Executive Assistant or
Personal Assistant to join a purpose-driven organisation during an exciting period of change and development.

Plymouth City Centre-
25–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible start/finish times within office hours)-
£13.00 – £14.00 per hour-
3-month temporary contract – with potential to be extended or become permanent
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership Team
- Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meetings
- Take minutes at key meetings and follow up on actions
- Assist with the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations
- Support project delivery by managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Contribute to data protection audits and IT modernisation projects
- Help streamline governance processes and internal communication
What We’re Looking For:- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role is essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident working closely with senior leaders
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Professional, proactive, and flexible approach
