Job Description
Pertemps are recruiting for two Part-time Telesales positions to join our client’s team in Saltash. This role involves engaging with existing customers, introducing them to preloaded product deals, and processing orders.
Role: Part-Time Telesales (x2 positions) – Approx. 18 hours per week
Location: Saltash
Hours: 8:00am – 11:30am (flexible for the right person)
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Contacting existing retail customers and promoting product deals
- Processing orders and managing customer queries
- Building relationships and encouraging repeat business
- Ensuring accurate data entry and order processing
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Sales-focused mindset with the ability to upsell where appropriate
- Good attention to detail for processing orders accurately
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Previous Sales experience is essential
- Flexible part-time hours, ideal for mornings
- Friendly and supportive team environment
- Opportunity for long-term development with a temp-to-perm contract
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.75
