We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual, someone who is eager to learn and grow. This role is designed for someone who is at the start of their employment journey! Full and comprehensive training will be given to set you up for success.

We are looking for someone who is interested in the manufacturing industry, who would be keen to learn the ropes of a successful engineering company and has an interest in Welding as a career.

Your starting pay rate will be based on the National Minimum Wage for your age group.

This is a role based in Ivybridge, so you would need your own transport.

Key Responsibilities:
Goods Handling: Learn the ropes of receiving, storing, and distributing materials efficiently.
Quality Control: Assist in inspecting products to ensure they meet our high standards.
Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate stock levels and organize inventory.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced team members to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:
No Experience Needed: We welcome fresh talent! If you’re motivated and willing to learn, we’ll provide the rest.
Positive Attitude: Bring your can-do spirit and eagerness to contribute.
Reliability: Punctuality and commitment are essential.
Physical Stamina: The role involves lifting and moving items, so being physically fit is important.
