Operations Coordinator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a manufacturing business based in Basingstoke. Our client is looking for an individual who can act as the central point of contract between internal functions.
Responsibilities as an Operations Coordinator:
- Process sales orders accurately
- Manage customer invoicing and ensuring alignment with finance processes
- Compile weekly sales performance reports
- Produce regular reporting on upcoming deliveries
- Maintain the quotation database
- Update the pricing master in collaboration with the commercial director
- Coordinator shipment date confirmations in alignment with production planning and sales team
- Support production planning by confirming customer requirements
- Oversee data accuracy in salesforce
- Identify data gaps or inconsistencies
Responsibilities as an Operations Coordinator:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Commercial management or supply chain
- Previous experience in sales operations, commercial coordination and customer service
- Experience in working in industrial or manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with pricing structures, costs and margin analysis
- Strong understanding of sales operations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- High attention to details and strong organisational skills
The Operations Coordinator role
- Fully office based in Basingstoke
- Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 4pm
- £33,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
