Job Description
Pertemps are currently looking for a temporary administrator to join an established business in Andover with an immediate start and likely to be running until the end of the year.
Responsibilities as an Administrator:
- Logging new calls
- Updating figures of daily call review processes
- Assisting with arranging parts for customers
- Scheduling maintenance visits for engineers
- Tracking loan machines
- Administrative duties for workshop repairs
- Updating customers
Requirements:
- Available immediately
- Excellent customer service and administrative experience
- Self sufficient and able to hit the ground running
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The Administrator Role:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm or 9am – 5.30pm
- £13.55 per hour
- Temporary ongoing role
