Forklift Driver - Counterbalance

We are looking for Forklift Drivers for a major logistics client based in Foston. 
Full time hours for Forklift Drivers - Immediate inductions and starts available with regular, ongoing work with opportunity for progression.

The Forklift Driver duties will include:
• Loading and Unloading trailers
• Movement of stock within the warehouse
• Quality inspecting
• Using RF scan units
• Stock control and rotation

The successful Forklift Driver will have:
• A Valid Forklift Truck counterbalance license
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Flexibility for working shifts
• Literacy and numeracy skills

There is an attendance related Bonus Programme implemented this year for a period of 6 weeks.
The bonus will be on a Pro rata basis:
1 additional shift £75
2 additional shifts £150
3 additional shifts £225
4 additional shifts £300 (£300 is the max IE no additional bonus for more than 4 shifts etc)

The payment of this bonus will be paid in arrears in July 2026, following the successful completion of the criteria detailed below.
The eligibility requirements for the bonus are as follows:
1. This Additional Peak Bonus Programme does extend to ALL agency employees.
2. Worked every rostered shift between Monday 4th May 2026 and Tuesday 30th June 2026 (no sickness absence)
3. Worked a minimum 1 additional shift (£75 per shift up to 4 maximum) between Saturday 16th May 2026 and Sunday 28th June 2026 (These MUST be 6th / 7th shifts within the same week

The successful Forklift Drivers will be working on one of the following shift patterns:
Days:
6am-2pm - £12.71
Afternoons:
2pm-10pm - £15.33
3 shift rotation:
Nights 10pm-6am, Afternoons 2pm-10pm, Earlies 6am-2pm. - £14.71ph
Fixed Nights:
10pm-6am - £15.74
2 shift rotation:
6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm - £13.79ph
