We are looking for reliable and hardworking Process Operators with previous experience in a manufacturing setting, which is essential for this role. This position involves working to production targets, maintaining quality standards, and operating efficiently within a team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards. Full training will be provided, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Role and Responsibilities

• Operate within a manufacturing/production environment
• Follow processes and maintain quality standards
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
• Adhere to all health & safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Work collaboratively as part of a team
• Support general production duties as required

About You

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment (essential)
• Valid forklift licence (essential)
• Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
• Reliable, dependable, and adaptable
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Flexible approach with the ability to use initiative

• Base pay of £13.29 per hour with additional shift allowances depending on shifts worked
• £1.85 per hour shift allowance for day and afternoon shifts
• £3.08 per hour shift allowance for night shifts
