Join an Exciting New Project as an Assembly Operative in Gloucester, Pay: £14.88 per hour, Working, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, temp to permanent, free on site parking.

About the Role:
We're seeking a semi-skilled Assembly Operative for our client in Gloucester. In this role, you'll be assembling and wiring electronic control panels with a focus on precision and quality. If you have a technical background and hands-on experience in electrical assembly, this is an ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wire electronic control panels following technical diagrams and specifications.
• Safely operate hand tools and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality checks and adhere to all safety and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and inspect completed assemblies to verify functionality and reliability.

Requirements:

• Manual Dexterity: Able to pass a dexterity test.
• Experience: Previous experience in electrical or panel assembly is preferred.
• Security Clearance: Must pass a security DBS vetting process.
• Interview: Part of the selection process includes client interview.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to evolving needs.
