Production Operative

An exciting opportunity to be a Production Operatives in Tewkesbury (Training must be completed in Redditch) £28,000 per year Monday to Friday. Driving License is required!

This role requires a strong foundation in computer hardware and Windows operating systems, combined with skilled hands and precision. The work may involve some physical tasks, so a reasonable level of fitness is necessary. Candidates should be organized, capable of following detailed assembly instructions, and committed to maintaining a high standard of quality. Teamwork, clear communication, and a readiness to learn and develop new skills are essential. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, adaptable to changes, and motivated to meet deadlines with a positive, hardworking attitude.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems
- Dextrous with hands; attention to detail
- Previous experience in cable assembly and mechanical assembly preferred, but not required
- Physically able to perform essential job functions, including occasional light lifting
- Organised individual who can follow close assembly instructions
- Ensure high-quality standards and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Willingness to learn and increase skills
- Focused, adaptable, open to change
- Ability to meet deadlines with a positive outlook
- Driving License + your own car

Further Information:
Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 13:00.
Pay - £11.44 per hour.
Permanent Opportunity.
Weekly Pay each Friday, paid annual leave, Access to pension - PAYE.
