Retail & Warehouse operative

Pertemps is currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive individual to join a well-established wholesale business with a busy showroom and warehouse in Hemel Hempstead. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role:
You will play a key part in supporting both the showroom and warehouse functions. The position is varied and hands-on, with responsibilities that include:

• Assisting with customer-facing showroom tasks
• Manual handling of boxes and goods
• General upkeep of the workspace
• Providing support to the wider team as needed

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Physically capable and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to get stuck in
• Friendly and enthusiastic, with a positive team attitude
• Flexible and willing to assist across different areas of the operation

Previous experience in a trade counter, retail warehouse, or similar role is desirable but not essential.
