Job Description
Location: Headcorn, Ashford
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Shifts: Rotating shifts (1 week earlies, 1 week lates) - must be able to work both
Contract Type: Temporary, with potential for temp-to-perm for the right candidate
We’re currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver (FLT) to join our fast-paced warehouse team. If you’re skilled in operating counterbalance forklifts and powered pallet trucks (PPT), and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient operation of FLT equipment
- Loading and unloading goods
- Stock movement and pallet management
- Supporting warehouse operations as needed
- Experience with counterbalance & PPT is essential
- Valid FLT licence required
- Reach truck licence preferred
- Ability to work both early and late shifts on a weekly rotation
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
- Own transport preferred due to shift times and location
- Competitive starting pay from £13.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends!
- Temporary position with potential to become permanent
