Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Hygiene Supervisor to oversee and maintain the cleanliness of our food manufacturing and storage facility, located just outside Maidstone.
As part of the PM shift, you will lead a small team, ensuring that all production areas—including machinery—are cleaned to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out hands-on hygiene tasks.
- Supervise and support your team in following hygiene procedures and adhering to cleaning schedules.
- Improve and refine hygiene processes.
- Develop cleaning schedules and staff rotas.
- Train and mentor the team to uphold exceptional hygiene standards.
- Oversee quality control within the department.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Experience in food production is preferred.
- Proven leadership experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- Ability to manage schedules, processes, and people effectively.
Shift Details:
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM.
- Salary: £14.50 per hour.
- Contract: Permanent.
