Job Description

We are currently looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to work with our client based in Aylesford.

Pay: £12.66 phr
Hours: Monday to Friday (day shifts)

This is a temporary position, however, temp to perm may be an option for the right candidate.

Job Summary:
  • As a counterbalance forklift operator, your certificate must cover category B3 (can lift more than 15 tonnes).
You will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift truck, to handle materials within the warehouse and depot. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating a FLT (counterbalance with B3) to efficiently and safely handle goods.
  • Picking from the stack.
  • Loading, unloading and transporting goods from vehicles.
  • Always adhering to health and safety guidelines and conducting regular equipment checks and reporting any issues.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Valid Counterbalance licence (with B3)
  • Proven experience as a Counterbalance FLT Driver.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
