Salary: Competitive salary DOE £28,000-£30,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00

Expanding into Kent our client is looking for a Telesales Operative to push sales and expand their customer base. Our client specialises in products and services helping customers buildings to remain compliant with regulations.

You will be solely responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering them high-quality products/services. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and has excellent communication skills.

The Role

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Understand customer need and offer solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer queries or concerns effectively.
• You will attend training to learn about the products/services you are selling.
• Role will include cold calling.
