We are currently looking to recruit a Racing Support Engineer based in Daventry.
Duties Include:- Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, live chat, in-person or remote access.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sim racing equipment.
- Answer and resolve sales (product) related questions.
- Assist users with software troubleshooting across various applications related to racing.
- Perform repairs on electronics (dismantling, swapping or replacing components, reassembly, testing)
- Maintain and support networking systems to ensure optimal performance (inhouse equipment, Windows based).
- Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions. Correct use of internal tools.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance system functions and increase efficiency.
- Writing and organising both internal and external documentation and training modules.
- Serve customers in our showroom helping customers to gain a better understanding of our products and test.
- Helping out with builds in house and at occasional events throughout the year.
Experience- Proficient knowledge of Windows based PC's and software systems.
- In-depth Racing experience or knowledge a bonus.
- Previous experience in IT support or technical support roles.
- Experience supporting external clients and internal teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
- Good organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects / tasks to tight deadlines.
- Priority: Customer focused individual who cares about providing a great experience.
- Comfortable equally in face to face, phone, email, live chat.

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 17:00pm ( Working on a Saturday at exhibitions - Day off in the week)
